Scene 2
This is the first flashback. Manon and her sister Alecia are shown on Love Lock Bridge. This is the first time they see the militants, but the threat doesn’t seem to be too strong.

Scene 3 
Manon is relaxing in her bedroom, reading a comic. Alecia comes in and starts dancing, which annoys Manon. The two have an argument when suddenly they hear loud war noises outside. Alecia is afraid and seeks comfort in her sister.

Manon and Alecia are on a train when they are approached by the militant forces. Eventually the two sisters are separated.
